Now will you look at that! 1.5kg(3.3lbs) weight loss in 2 days!!! I'm really enjoying the experimenting with food, calories, etc. Monday's weigh-in was just too high but I understood why it was high and I kept to my plan :)
124.4 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
