This is why I hesitated to weigh this morning. I''ve been tracking my calories and had NO bad snacks. I've been feeling pretty hungry too so I thought I was in a calorie deficit and according to all the calculations I am! but scale is up 1.8kg since Tuesday..was Tuesday a "fake drop" or do I make adjustments down further (I'm eating around 1350) 🤔 I do not have time to mess around, I need to get to an acceptable weight quite quickly. now I'm just mad as hell.
74.8 kg Lost so far: 10.2 kg.    Still to go: 11.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

hi, I feel your frustration. The scale fluctuates on a daily basis according to things going on in our bodies. for example how was your sleep? did you have more sodium rich foods? for us women it's our monthly cycle. a better measure is are your clothes fitting more comfortably? i think checking your measurements is a better indicator of your calorie deficit. and if you're extremely hungry you may want to add more volume foods to keep you fuller for longer whilst staying in your deficit i.e bulk up on veg and lean protein so you get "more" for less calories

you could also be dehydrated or you exercised the day before or you had a stressful day....the list goes on.....sending you 🫠hope this helps 🙏

Thanks for the support. Aaargh it's a horrible feeling..I'm definitely going take measurements. it may be a bit unconventional but I might even skip the scale completely if that's what it takes to stay on my sustainable balanced plan instead if falling back into bad cycles x
