Went out for lunch with a colleague yesterday. We made good choices and I ate more food than I would have if I was in routine. What I noticed is that I wasn’t stuffed, but I wasn’t hungry at supper time, so I didn’t have supper. I felt a little hungrier later so I had a little bit of protein (seitan), which was enough.
