I drank a full 3l yesterday, so this is not water weight dropping! I met my fibre macros and ate my last meal around 6:30pm (tofu red curry with lots of veg and a little organic brown basmati rice). I spent the morning cleaning and meal prepping, and cleaning some more.. this morning I’ll be doing some more cleaning and prepping, but I’m going to be happy about all of it because the effort is paying off. I know there will be a time when I plateau for a bit; when I’m going to need to make it easy on myself. In the meantime, I’m using this little dopamine boost and energy surge to prep for mid week, when I am tired and distracted!
I’m also using this milestone to reward myself with some meal prep containers :)
96.8 kg Lost so far: 6.2 kg.    Still to go: 21.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
