Began Gundry's Total Restore, adding to daily GlucoProven. Will recheck glucose tomorrow--not something I am ocd about. Long-term goals: normal/healthy weight, and reversed T2DM. I do NOT shoot for the weight some life insurance criteria states--I need a little extra per all of my best providers; I would not have survived two medical/surgical emergencies had I not had reserves. The mortality rate averages 0-10$% on one and 40/60 at best on the earlier one.
81.2 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
