I have changed meds now. Last night’s test was 8.6 and this morning is 6.9, which is improving.
Yesterday I meant to have sourdough for lunch but it was only ready in the evening. My calories are still low, but my diet is varied and my macros are being met.
98.6 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 23.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
