This weekend I meal prepped and cooked for 500 people. I made vegetarian stew with cow peas, soya mince and looots of veggies, served with rice. We cooked in 4 giant pots that I could bath in and I cleaned those pots afterwards, wiped the tiles and came home. I was rewarded this morning with a 0.7 decrease in weight in 3 days. I still drank my 3l water (it’s HOT in the kitchen!), so it’s not just water weight. I also took my pic with the pot and I am seeing the weight loss.
Today will be my prep day for myself - going to prep my breakfasts
And lunches and make a sourdough bread, and prepare some more fermented veg for addition to my salads. - trying to be holistic about my weight loss. Loads of veggies and gut enhancing veg. Taking more time for the things that help my health, rather than do everything for everyone else first.
98.9 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 23.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
