Did whole-body measurements. Day 1 of food diary and chair exercises. HUGE flareup of psoriatic arthritis. Have ordered on sub of Dr Gundry's Total Restore as I have known for several years that I have leaky gut and a host of autoimmune disorders. Took a 3-month break from Skirizi in Sept cuz didn't want to go into flu/COVID season on a suppressant and I thought it was no longer 'doing' anything. Wrong; apparently it was keeping me at a lower level of disability. Dose coming FedEx Tuesday. My derm just started smiling when I told him what was going on and shared that he often sees patients with the same experience. He was nice enough not to say "I told you..." I have now done my 10" routine for today and it was enough; I'm actually tired. I'll shoot for every other day in addition to my physical therapy on Thursdays.
81.6 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
