3 Weeks of damage! The break was necessary and maybe giving my body a break as well ... I now know what exactly not to do and hard work laying ahead of me to just get where I was!!
79 kg Lost so far: 46.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

i think i gained weight over the weekend and i am afraid to even step on the scale but after seeing your post .... i'm like "It's done so accept it and do better next time " so i want to say thank you and i wish you the best on getting back on track on your journey .

Guys I have said it many times before and say it again .. losing weight is the easy part .. maintaining your goal weight is the difficult part!! Maintaining and keeping a healthy body is not a once off thing. It is a continuous process and requires commitment and damn hard work!! Especially if you gain weight by only getting the scent of food like me! Eating healthy and keeping your weight in check does not stop once you have reached your goal weight. It never stops and is a lifestyle you have to adopt and adjust to!! If you think or dream: "If only I can get this over with and reach my goal weight to get back to normal" then dream on .. There is NO BACK TO NORMAL! AND .. The older you are the harder it gets! I have done it now twice in my life and failed to successfully maintain it the 1st time .. NEVER AGAIN!!

morning i was thinking wen am i gana c a post of u again .dnt stress ur body needed tht break me myself had a heavy binge weekend so nw just to go back to the drawing boards keep strong
