I am very grateful and happy with that 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

I was a bit demotivated this week (I still didn’t mess up too much though).

I think I need to start reminding myself what I am doing this for, and maybe start moving, because then I will have a new reason not to want to mess up. It will do me good anyway.
122.5 kg Lost so far: 15.6 kg.    Still to go: 3.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
