700g from my goal ... I am there!

Now:
1. My BMI is now 25.19 coming from a BMI of 39,11 (125,3kg)!!
2. Going to adjust my Goal weight to 75kg to to be on a BMI of 24
3. Plan my maintenance strategy

I am so thankful .. no lose skin or stretch marks!! I have lost 44,6kg!! 2nd time in my life!

We can all do it!
80.7 kg Lost so far: 44.6 kg.    Still to go: 0.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.5 kg a Week

@ coetzerletitia ... I did two things: 1. A calorie restricted diet 2. 18:6 Intermitant fasting I've lost all my weight since mid Feb this year. 2nd time in my life. The 1st time was about 21 years ago and I lost 57kg over 13 months. I believe this time a big part of my success was the intermittant fasting. I am not a nutritionist, cannot tell you what to do but only what worked for me. You are welcome to browse my weight loss journey in my journal section here on this app and inbox me if you want to know more. Also .. It is very important to know that we all are individuals with different preferences, likes and dislikes. What worked for me will not necessary work for others. What I can tell you is that it is not a quick magic trick. It is about how much you really want it and how determined you are to stick to your eating plan and keep going until you reach your goal. how much calaries did you eat? I am at 125kg and just started calorie count. 1400 calaries a day.

@teresakutcher .. I normally do 1500 calories a day .. BUT .. doing an 18:6 Intermittent fasting I skip breakfast and reduced my daily calories by 200 for the breakfast I skip. So doing restricted calories with IF my total is 1300 ...
