I need to take responsibility for my own health! I needed to start immediately but had no game plan. I just googled habits to add or change to assist weight-loss. While doing this a old plan/diet I use to start with popped up. So I thought why not do it again. It’s a seven day shocker. Afterwards I can start a-fresh with a proper and balanced lifestyle.
