My first loss, the first of many I hope.
120 kg Lost so far: 10 kg.    Still to go: 50 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

The LCHF diet really works! Have a look on my fb group Banting Banning Banter, there are good articles, menus and recipes. I lost quickly for the first 4 weeks, then at a standstill for 3 weeks, now I am losing again! Good luck with your weight loss!
