Whoop whoop. Now in the 220's. Getting closer to goal #2 to get to 220 (weight in my early 50's) Although it has been a non gym week, yardwork is still helping burn calories. Increased my caloric intake a bit this week as my body was craving cheese and more fat. Was worried it might impact weight loss but it didn't.
There is still such a long way to go but so what. 1 day, 1 week at a time.
