Every ounce is progress, so I celebrate another week with a loss. Consistency in habits has led to consistent losses even with increased muscle from resistance training.
HEALTHY LIFE MOMENT OF GRATITUDE: Being active (aside from working out). Taking the stairs because I can, walking for pure enjoyment…those things used to feel like insurmountable challenges, daunting and defeating and I would avoid them if at all possible and feel angry with myself and sad if I had to struggle through. Life is much less overwhelming thus way 😊
