A 3 week holiday did me no good, we start again. Focused on sticking to the gym and getting back into routine. Got my meals prepped for the week. My office really feels like a death trap. Always a birthday, always a snack being offered and you are questioned when you say no. I honestly feel guilty for wanting to watch my weight😅 My body is no longer forgiving. I feel the need to permanently watch my weight just to stay the same weight. Never mind lose some weight!
70.6 kg Lost so far: 17.5 kg.    Still to go: 11.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

2kg after a holiday isn’t bad… most of it is water weight anyways

There was cake at my desk today. Don’t know who brought it, don’t know what we were celebrating but I ate it. There’s a dude who never touches sugar at all who avoids the traps but he’s no fun.
