A 3 week holiday did me no good, we start again. Focused on sticking to the gym and getting back into routine. Got my meals prepped for the week. My office really feels like a death trap. Always a birthday, always a snack being offered and you are questioned when you say no. I honestly feel guilty for wanting to watch my weight😅 My body is no longer forgiving. I feel the need to permanently watch my weight just to stay the same weight. Never mind lose some weight!

Way too many snacks at work, might need to quit my job😅 Didn't have a perfect week but mostly stuck to my meal plan and went back to the gym. Weekends are the toughest!

First meal in a convection oven! Meal prep for the week done. December did me no good but glad to getting back into a routine again as thinga go back to normal. Good luck with everyone starting again <3
