Not all good gains unfortunately but losing abs is the cost of trying to put on bulk. I’ll deal with the fat gains from July.

How many calories are you consuming now, to be gaining 1kg a week ?

3200kcal-3500kcal, mostly carbs. It’s not 1kg per se my weigh in is on Monday, Sunday is non active rest so weight will almost all of the time shoot up. But during the week it fluctuates a bit lower because of the activity.
