I am disappointed in only losing so little I really did not cheat and hoped to break the 110 barrier but I suppose a loose no matter how small is still a step in the right direction.
110 kg Lost so far: 4 kg.    Still to go: 37 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
