Im such a stress eater🙈 just not feeling this week. Stopped at the shops and bought so much junk. Made myself feel better that there was at least dark chocolate involved as if it makes it better than normal chocolate. Hoping to feel better and more energized next week.
68.4 kg Lost so far: 19.7 kg.    Still to go: 9.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I do those junk binges all too well, but I am getting better at taking less home... Part of my binge is buying the junk. To help stop this, I satify my subconscious by putting stuff in my trolly, then I Ieave some of the junk at the till, or I give it away to the needy before I get home. After all, it's the subconscious that needs the junk... That's another of my fatsecrets!
