Yesterday i weighed myself after gym and i saw 82.40 on the scal, i last weighed myself biginning of the month.I did Tae-bo and the Step. Very enjoyable. Thursdays i love at the gym because we do 1h45 minutes. The other days we do only 1 hours in our gym class with Vuyo as out instructor. Today Im not going to the gym. Ill go again next week Monday till Thursday.
82.4 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 17.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

If I can give you advise , you do those classes every week, you will see how the weight melts away , I was 82-85kgs when i started a few years ago. and that classes helped me a lot. Good luck with your weight loss

i dont even have time to go to classes :( by the time im done with work and reach home all the classes are over with for the day during the week, its just weekends and i dont even go for those lol :X

I RUSH FROM WORK TO THE CLASSES.I LEAVE WORK AT 16h15 AND REACH GYM AT 17h00. I GUESS IM LUCKY THE CLASSES ARE AVAILABLE AT THAT TIME. BUT IF YOU ARE REALLY FOCUSED AND YOU WANT TO DO THIS. GO TO THOSE WEEKEND CLASSES AND BUY DVD"S FOR DURING THE WEEKEND. JUST AN HOUR A DAY WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE.

i leave work at 16;30 and takes me an hour and half in traffic to get home...sumtimes i go for cycle class on a sunday but i do gym consistently during the week thou

I do all my exercises at home from DVDs .....just convenient for me for now .. but for sure a little of something makes a difference
