Tried to stick to 1000 calories. I don't go to gum on weekends. Since I have a baby 1year & 5 months. I look after him on weekends. Nanny works during the week only & gets the weekend off. Now it good that I managed to not ate everything in this house plus no junk in the house helps a lot. I'm always praying not to go back to junk food. I still get tempted a lot wheb my colleagues buy & eat everything.
