Feeling really good today! My weekly meal prep has been going well. I've been committed for over a month now. I have definitely cheated a ton so always room for improvement but enjoying the gym and just happy my body is going easy on me!
67.2 kg Lost so far: 20.9 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
