Ha, well thanks! I've been floating between 136 - 138 for months now, so I've accepted it. I might try to cut in the fall after all my races are over though!

you need the calories to fuel your runs and recover easier

Keep going!!! Our story’s are very similar, weight goal the same. I just started wo rking out again after months of sitting on my ass. Try to get the sleep.. it makes z as huge difference. I too just feel better ‘lighter’
