I still notice differences between the scale at home and gym so taking the average weight. This is the leanest I've been in 10 years combined with muscle which I've never had before. Very lean weight for a male, but super happy with how it's going. Almost tempted to show the before and after pics but not too sure yet. If you REALLY want it you will find a way.
72 kg Lost so far: 6 kg.    Still to go: 2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
