Managed to get down to 70KG after a long and hard year. I've learnt so much with this experience and plan to keep in shape for the rest of my life.

I still notice differences between the scale at home and gym so taking the average weight. This is the leanest I've been in 10 years combined with muscle which I've never had before. Very lean weight for a male, but super happy with how it's going. Almost tempted to show the before and after pics but not too sure yet. If you REALLY want it you will find a way.

Weight between my home and gym scale slightly differ so I try workout the average. Slowly getting much closer to my goal, being shredded, still healthy, and maintaining muscle mass from a high protein intake. Doing all this as a type 1 Diabetic.
