The aim is weight-loss. My research indicates low card is effective?

Low carb is very effective. Do make sure you get enough animal protein tho 😊

Thanks Jaxanne, I will definitely increase my protein :)

me too, love the cremora. But I indulge as I only have 2 cups max a day of coffee.

Thanks Marishall, maybe I am attempting to be too strick which will lead me to fail. I will definitely have some wherever the craving hits. I currently have only 1 cup of coffee a day so it can't be that bad :)

Two teaspoons (8g) = 44 calories. I stick to the RDI, then you can't over indulge. Obviously keeping your macro count / calorie count in the loop.

It is not easy in the beginning, but it does get easier. I've been doing OMAD since Jan and it's now the norm for me. Apple cider vinniger or glass of water with pinch of salt (sea salt or pink salt) helps for the cravings/hunger. Hang in there, it will get easier.

Lost 1kg per week for 22 weeks straight doing low carb. Well worth for weightloss. make sure the carbs you do eat however are stacked with nutrients like veggies, stay away from processed carbs.

Wow thanks for the advice and words of encouragement everyone! It sometimes feels like 1kg is so little when you have 40kgs to lose but it's great seeing people who have done it :)
