This is the 20%. Not once have i felt deprived as l've learned that for me cutting out food groups or "bad foods" just doesnt work. It makes me more prone to binge eating a whole box of Romany creams AND lays. Its moderation and not elimination

Week 10: I usually eat the same thing for a week as i meal prep and its easier. This week is my 2 favourite fish, a piece of trout and salmon with colourful rice, veggies and a huge salad
