BF: 11.2%... Went the dirty bulk route this week, but after seeing myself consume a full apple crumble pie in a sitting on Friday and a whole loaf worth of French toast on Sunday, and many atrocious eating feats I've decide that we should go back to our regular scheduled lean bulk programming.
68.5 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
