The price I paid for a month of partying and too many beers and too much "junk" food and eating too late. BUT I'm not going to stress because it was worth every minute of it. Now to get it off again
68.2 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

I put on 4kgs over March/April. I’m telling myself it’s mainly salt and water. Beer should be negative calories because of all the hops but alas!

@Neal_G a brewmaster told me that beer has zero calories but it's what you eat with it that adds on the weight unfortunately :)

I wish. It’s 4 to 5% alcohol which is 7 calories per gram, and about 2 grams of carbs which is 4 calories per gram. It’s empty calories, meaning no nutritional value. But it not zero. And yes he’s right in that no one wants to eat a salad after a few pints. Salty meaty goodness goes well with a frosty!
