This is expected didn't have great lifting sessions last week plus my asthma flaring up again didn't help but feeling all good this week. Averaged about 2800 calories instead of 3000 so eating wasn't great either.

Bf held steady at 10.9% so majority of the loss is dropping water. Expecting a bf% drop this week starting indoor soccer again against my better judgement hopefully no injuries this time around so going to have to up calories to about 3300 on indoor soccer days.
67.6 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
