Slow and steady. 70kgs in sight for July. BF went down to 10.9% shocked but I'll take it. only recording the average weekly weight I don't want to get caught up in day to day fluctuations.
67.9 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
