Well, at least I haven't gained this week. I was lacking in the work out department this week though. One day I had really bad cramps, and then the rest of the week it was pouring outside (I'm so over this awful rain). I ran yesterday morning, and am planning on running again tonight. maybe I'll lose some weight this week!
