Been really strict, so I’m. It sure why so little progress but it’s something
203.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 132.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Just stick with it. Try to stick to your allotted calories. I ate over 5000 calories on Saturday and it ruined my entire week prior. It is going to take several days of eating on track to erase the damage but I have to do it. You can do it too. Maybe have just a couple pieces of pizza at a time to start training yourself to eat less. IDK. SOmething to think about.
