I have a lot of shows this weekend, which also means a lot of alcohol. Wish me luck

Oe ee ee. Alcohol destroyed me.🤣🤣🤣 Enjoyed my life so so much. Always a braai or a drink. One day I ordered a new scale for our business. When they delivered it I jumped on it... 141.8kg!!! I told them the scale was wrong.🙈 I went to one of our other scales... 141.8kg!!! I changed my life that day. haven't had a drink since December 2019. I knew that I could never "out excersice" what goes into my mouth. So I had to change what I put in my mouth first.🙈🙈🙈 Very difficult. Now I go to a braai with chicken and a salad and maybe a diet cold drink with lots of ice. Looks like a drink🙈🤣🤣🤣 Alcohol is pure empty calories. Adds up so so fast. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Good luck girl. I've got my fingers crossed for you🤞🤞🤞

I'm doing so well with my weight loss right now but I decided no alcohol.. at least for a whole long while because whether I drink one glass of wine or go party all night long my weight just shoots up the next day and its so de-motivating.. even thought most of it is water weight as my body tends to get water retention from the alcohol. They drinking appletizer mixed with sparking water with lemon. Even if your calories are higher on the weekend, if you didn't have booze it's normally not as bad as it would have been or it comes down quicker again. And another thing.. I used to eat like every meal was my last meal and I still do now and then but then the next day just get back on track. I've now started to calorie count the cheat days too. If I have a pizza I put all 6 or 8 slices in on the app. Then you can see how many calories you actually got in. If you deprive yourself completely I don't think it's worth it. I like having good food and yummy food but in moderation now.
