Despite eating well and being in Ketosis and being active my weight is just increasing without end. I could tell it’s my thyroid as my hair is falling out in clumps and my heart rate is struggling. Got my blood results on the 24th and my thyroid is crashing again. It’s a toss up /hard to deal with because I need more medication but it also affects my heart as I got covid-related heart strain (myocarditis) which still affects me 4 months later.
97.7 kg Lost so far: 14.3 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Is your Dr aware that you are doing the keto thing? I have a thyroid autoimmune disorder and keto affects me very badly. I can't *not* eat meat, but I've had to learn to identify when I'm having a flare up and cut back on meat at those times.
