Thank you ladies 😘😘..@Iene and @TerryJou honestly fruit and veg are my best friend, I have veggies or salad with most of my meals when I’m having chicken , steak or fish , and egg I eat aloooot of boiled eggs lol I grill everything aswell ..and when I fry foods I use coconut oil when I crave something sweet I’ll eat fruit or eat Raisins and nuts and walking an hour a day seem to be helping aswell and skipping..I been eating clean for 2months and also try to do the 16/8 IF most days it helps lika bomb
