I was feeling so gross after going over my calorie intake the last few days and not being able to stick to my diet. This is a big surprise - I'm so relieved! Thought I ruined my progress. 😱
50.7 kg Lost so far: 3.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
