Ladies & gents
I am in my last week aka prep week. I have been hard at work to loose as much weight as possible and put in on as much lean muscle as possible. But here i go. I HOPE I WIN!
123.3 kg Lost so far: 26.3 kg.    Still to go: 23.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
