That's a Total of 16,5kg down since Feb 2021 (130,1kg),( it went a bit slow)
and
a Grand Total of 36,4kg down from my highest weight ever! (150kg)
43,6kg left to go.
I can do this! 😁🤩

that's no Lt slow at all. that's amazing progress. one thing I've noticed on this app... small steady losses tend to equal long term success. don't worry about the pace. allow your body time to adapt to the changes. embrace the occasional plateau because your body is taking a moment to reset and you'll be set up for making it a change for life

Thanks for the support. shelleyclairejacobs currently it's mostly just sticking to my calories. I haven't exercised in almost 4 weeks, so trying to just eat healthy in the meantime.
