Reached my 10kg!!!!!! So excited. Finally! To the next 10kg :) Currently im counting calories, eating low carb, low sugar and do yoga about 5 times a week. Any suggestions on how to speed up the weight loss?
92 kg Lost so far: 10 kg.    Still to go: 10 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
