The weight fluctuations is overwhelming me and I need a break from constantly checking IN. I'll be back once I'm in Germany and settled. 😊😁See you Guys soon!!!
84.5 kg Lost so far: 10.5 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I've stopped checking in cos of the same reason. I went from 82.2 to 84.9 over the long weekend. You not alone my hun but let's try and push hard

week to week and month to month is what counts. weight goes up and down daily, it's normal, dont stress. eat a bit more salt than normal and your weight will go up (water retention), monthly cycle, weight will go up, drink a lot of water, weight goes up. theres lots of factors. look at it looooong term 😌
