*Total Lost: 3.3kgs* (in 20 days @ 4days per week controlled eating & 3 days per week pigging out 🐽🐷)

I've Passed my goalweight of 68kgs already....am now aiming for *62kgs* ...(maybe even 59/60kgs?? I don't know).........I'll decide as i go along...that's the nice thing about *_NOT_* dieting 🥰🍕🍔🍕😖
65.9 kg Lost so far: 20.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.7 kg a Week

That's fantastic progress, Anne! Well done!!! Do you mind sharing how many calories you have on your controlled eating days and/or what your daily average is for the week? We have similar goals so I'm curious. I know what I'm managing right now is not good enough.

Hi Nikina..apologies for late reply I'm on leave ..or WAS on leave so gave all socials a miss. My number of calories on controlled days..Mon to Thurs is between 600 and 1200..i purposely change them up. One day high one day low The week before Lasts 4 day stint i tended to have ONLY low cal days and I lost..grated..but only 0.3...so last weeks 4 days I got back into the swing of things and had 2 decently high days and 2 low 🤩 and lost 0.7..also not a huge drop...but I've not got much left to lose and the last bit is always the most stubborn...this period ...of having been on leave I've over induldged in a lot of my favourites. From lots of Bar One cake and creamy home made chunks of fudge..so this upcoming weigh in 😱..oFriday miiiiiight just be a GAIN...butvthats okay too...As long as I NEVER get into a complicated relationship with foid ever again ..resulting in a DIET

No problem for the late reply - and thank you for sharing your info, Anne! Just shows that different things work for different people, but it is great that you've found what works for you and that you've changed your relationship with food! I personally wouldn't be able to stick to such low calories. I currently struggle even to keep week days below 1400 calories and then from Friday to Sunday it's usually above 2000. I need to reel some of my numbers in, but I also want it to be sustainable and not become a DIET as you say. In the past I've had great success averaging 1600-1700 calories a week so I'll try to get back there again at some point. Bravo again on your excellent progress!!! xxx

Hi Audrey. Yes but moderately...too little in fact..I'll have to step that up. I just want everything I do from eating to exercise to be a NORMAL fit in my lifestyle and sustainable at all times ... but that being said I need to get a bit more active.
