I would really love to lose 6/7 kgs by my birthday, December the 3rd. My daughters birthday is on November the 4th. All I wanted to lose was half the weight and I'm 1kg away. I'll weigh myself in 3 days. I felt confused last week because of all the videos on YouTube telling me how I should eat and how much cardio I need to do. I finally feel like I'm at the point where I can eat like everyone but really healthy. Something that's sustainable. I realised that half the meals I should eat particularly in the morning must be keto and during the day I can have carbs as the energy I require increases. Also, eating 1200 seems like it's my official bench mark.
This week is also an important week for my life. So I hope it is all positive 🙏🏾Happy Monday all!
