at my heaviest I've ever been, and my mental state too..... I just can't seem to find the motivation or drive to make a change, I want to but the motivation just isn't there....
70 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 15 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

One day at a time, smalls steps, sometimes backwards, it's all part of the process. I found out that what works for me it's a combination of IF, calorie counting but including all the foods that I like (bread, rice, ice-cream, etc). I have a more restrictive calorie count during the week (around 1300) and I eat more freely during the weekend. I don't fast from Saturday to Sunday too. I don't feel in a diet, I feel happy, I don't starve and I lose weight. Find out what works for you that doesn't make you unhapp and stick to it! 😁

I've had to force myself to eat healthy and try to lose as much weight as I can because of health reasons..it's scary when the doctor has to tell you that your cholesterol levels are high and at that moment, you are experiencing or having stroke/heart attack signs..I literally had to cut down on everything and started eating fruits and veges and counting calories thanks to this app..

I am with you Allisa ... I am my own worst enimy ... I start the day with a green smokthy and end it with wine and bisquits ! Really .... like I become an uncontrollable dracular !

You can do this. Make up your mind and show up. Do what you have set out to do no matter what. I know you can.
