Not much... But I learnt that my specific body type shouldn't be eaten certain food and alcohol completely halts my ability to lose fat in that moment 😊but glad to be closer to 85.
86.8 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 11.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
