I've always hated the scale so my weigh ins are few and far between, I often find because of my height and build the mirror and calipers are better judge of my progress or lack of. Seems I went a little overboard on the deficit and cardio. BUT I AM HAPPY, fought alot of battles and I've come out on top. my body conditioning is the last one. BF is down to 14,5%. unfortunately couldn't take Body measurements this morning due to time. Next 8 weeks I'm doing a "Lean Bulk" 🍠🥔still deciding whether to cycle calories or just eat a flat 100-300 calorie surplus on maintenance going to cut the cardio to twice a week and maintain 10k step goal. Ill reassess after the 8 week period. 🎉🎉
