I finally hit a full 5K running non stop!! I'm pretty excited, especially because the race is one week from today. I'm also pretty surprised I lost weight this week, because some of my days were pretty bad as far as how much food I was eating (I had pizza 3x this week!). It's almost the end of the semester, so hopefully I can keep the eating under control.
65.4 kg Lost so far: 6.5 kg.    Still to go: 1.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
