Not sure when to weigh. Before bed after working 3rd shift, at 6 a.m. I was 199. Now- 6 hours later, 197. If I could only lose 2 pounds every 6 hours for the next 4 days, I could hit 165. 🙃
89.4 kg Lost so far: 23.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I weigh when I wake up, but if you work shifts, that doesn't really make much sense. Perhaps try for about the same time every day. Over the long term it doesn't really matter does it? 💛💛

They say you should always weigh in the morning because it's the most accurate given it's an empty stomach! :)

do u always work 3rd shift? I used to when I was in my 20s, a vegetarian and full of energy. I'd barely sleep or eat some days...

If only that's the way it worked! 😄 The othet day, I weighed before taking a shower in the late afternoon and I was almost a pound down. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Marpingo... I do not work thirds. Last time I did was 2000 when I met my now husband. He's been on thirds ever since. I can't get into a routine. Thirds again tonight. Slept 7-noon. Taking off tomorrow and Thursday to work the weekend overnights and then my girl should be fully trained and I can go back to a normal 9-5. I do not like going to the gym after 6 p.m. so this doesn't work for me very well.

I always weigh when I wake up after main sleep but before eating 1st meal or drinking coffee. Process more important than lowest weight

Dp, you let your gym also dictate your work schedule? That is precious 😅... But sign me up for that 6h/2lbs plan. Is there a pill for that or is it just voodoo? 🤔

I agree DP, its hard to find rhythm on 3rd shift... it was really hard on my body... glad u r training someone and will b back on track soon. ✌

Wow , Great job, Sometimes I sweat up to 7 #s , before and after extreme pickleball, a few hours outside, but I know it waters weight, only temporary !!1
