So apparently the zig zag calorie intake and maintaining my steps above 8000 steps helps me constantly lose weight. I really ate poorly this weekend. I'm so surprised. However, I do workout 5 days a week intensively. So i hope this continues. Im trying to reach my just given birth weight by month end
